We provide expertise and experience in the field of engineering, manufacturing, maintenance and repair. In other words, designing, producing, maintaining and repairing materials of high strength steel, such as steel structures, trusses, lifting equipment and (crane) repairs.
We can guarantee this through strict procedures and investing continuously in the right certifications. This is crucial because we serve customers worldwide in various industries.
Our modernly equipped workshop is located in Middenmeer, Noord-Holland, with excellent road and water connections. In the coming years, we will continue to build strongly to become a sustainable factory where craftsmanship and autonomous production coexist.

VCA**
The VCA** relates to the HSE management system (Health, Safety and Environment) for our employees and subcontractors. This includes, for example the approval and maintenance of tools; employees have undergone VCA training; an adequate number of first aid responders within the organization and regularly safety inspections conducted.
ISO 9001:2015
With the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, we demonstrate compliance with international standards in the field of quality management, risk management, and continuous improvement. This means that we are constantly focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring the quality of our product, and elevating the skill level of our employees and machines.
ISO 3824-2:2005
The ISO 3834-2:2005 standard outlines comprehensive quality requirements, including welding procedure qualification, requirements for welders, inspections, and non-destructive testing.
The standard focuses on outsourcing, personnel for inspection, maintenance, and inspection of welding materials. Additionally, it specifies how deviations are identified and addressed. Due to these preconditions it can be assumed in advance that the end product will meet all requirements.
NEN-EN 1090-2 EXC 4
The NEN-EN 1090-2 EXC 4 is the standard to which, as of mid-2014, all structural components with load-bearing properties, considered in the main calculation as load-bearing, must comply. These structural components must be provided with a CE-marking. Abuco holds execution class 4, which is the highest achievable class.
